Theodor-Wessels-Award for Mr. Hauser
On December 1st, 2021, the Theodor Wessels Prize was awarded to young scientist. The award is endowed with a total of € 10,000.
The Professorship for Energy Economics is pleased about the award of the dissertation article by Mr. Philipp Hauser with the title: "Does‘ more ’equal‘ better ’? - Analyzing the impact of diversification strategies on infrastructure in the European gas market ”with the second prize and warmly congratulates him on this prestigious award!
Also awarded were Mr. Martin Hintermayer (EWI) with the first place, Eren Cam and Dominic Lencz (both EWI) with the second place as well as Lisa Just (EWI) and Tim Felling (Uni Duisburg-Essen) with the third place.
General information on the Theodor Wessels Prize
The award is given to scientific essays (papers) that make a significant contribution to clarifying business and economic issues in the energy industry or to solving important tasks in energy policy.
Only people who were enrolled in a doctoral program at a domestic or foreign university at the time of publication will be awarded.
