Networking-Event: „Future City – Stadt im Wandel“
2050 wird es über 20 Prozent mehr Menschen auf der Erde geben, davon werden 70 Prozent der stetig wachsenden Weltbevölkerung in Städten leben, so die Prognosen. Doch Raum und Ressourcen sind weltweit begrenzt. Vor allem in Städten und in Ballungszentren entscheidet sich, ob eine Transformation zur Nachhaltigkeit gelingen kann und wir uns in Zukunft stärker aus vorhandenen Ressourcen erneuern können.
Dringlich sind neue innovative Strategien und Ansätze gefragt, wie wir in Zukunft leben wollen und unser Zusammenleben gestalten werden. Im Bereich Bau und Umwelt bieten wir erst-malig mit dem Networking-Event: „Future City – Stadt im Wandel“ eine Dialog-Plattform, um gemeinsam disziplinübergreifende Ideen für Forschungsprojekte und Forschungsanträge rund um die Themen zukünftiges Bauen, Wohnen sowie die Mobilität in Städten zu generieren.
Wir laden Sie recht herzlich ein, Ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den Fakultäten des Bereichs Bau und Umwelt mit ihren unterschiedlichen städtischen Forschungsthemen und -schwerpunkten kennen zu lernen.
