The prerequisite for admission to the course is a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or a comparable higher education entrance qualification.

Information on the preparatory college
Applicants with a foreign higher education entrance qualification which, according to the assessment guidelines of the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany (KMK), does not allow direct admission to higher education in Germany, must attend a preparatory course before starting their studies. Places on this degree program are allocated centrally for the first semester via the Dialogue-Oriented Service Procedure (DoSV). This means that all German and EU applicants for the first semester must have an applicant ID and a BAN created in the Hochschulstart portal before submitting their application to TU Dresden. hochschulstart.de
