Two welcomes and one goodbye

From 7 to 11 October 2024, TU Munich welcomed 31 new students from 24 countries who had been accepted for the 14^th intake of the international cooperation programme MScCartography. The agenda for this welcome week included a mixture of exploratory walks and cartographic events with programme partners, lecturers and alumni. During the same week, TU Munich also hosted the graduation ceremony for students from the 12^th intake who had recently completed their studies. 18 out of 28 graduates were on-site and were congratulated by representatives from all four partner universities.

The following week, TU Dresden welcomed the 13^th intake of Cartography students who are starting their 3^rd semester here.  A wide range of courses, a workshop on manual cartography and the oldest Christmas market in Germany await these students in Dresden.
