Shooting at the institute
In the past three days, the company Joul, which is specialized in science communication, was our guest at the Institute of Cartography. The reason for the visit was the shooting of an approximately 6-minute film, which is to report in an understandable, entertaining and eye-to-eye way about our research work within the priority program VGIscience, which is funded by the German Research Foundation with 5 million Euros from 2016 to 2023. On the first day, interviews with the three scientists Alexander Dunkel, Eva Hauthal and Marc Löchner were recorded at the institute. Another day of filming took place in the Great Garden, where also a drone was used.
