The student council consists of elected student representatives from the student body. This student body is the entirety of all students in a subject area.

We are the elected representatives of all students of the geosciences and accordingly stand up for your/our student interests.

In addition, we are your direct contact for problems and questions during your studies that you were only able to clarify unsatisfactorily with teachers or staff.

In addition, we promote cultural aspects of student life. For example, we organise barbecues in the neighbouring Hülsse Park, organise parties (for networking, of course) and much more.
