The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent), i.e. the use of and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.

How long will personal data be stored?

Personal data is stored until it is no longer required to fulfill the purposes stated in this policy. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent until it is withdrawn.

If personal data is transmitted to recipients, who at TU Dresden has access to this data and is data collected from third parties?

Unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.

First name, surname and email address will be passed on to INREM, but only if the option has been selected in the form. There is no automatic deletion of data at INREM when you unsubscribe from "Alumni HSE". In this case, you must submit the request for deletion of your data separately to INREM.

  Data subjects can request the TU Dresden to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of their personal data at any time.
• Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  Data subjects may request that the data controller transmit their personal data to them in a machine-readable format. Alternatively, they may request the direct transfer of the personal data provided by you to another controller, insofar as this is possible.
