Deutschlandstipendium
The Deutschlandstipendium is a federal government measure to support particularly talented and committed students. Germany Scholarship holders receive €300 per month for one year and do not have to repay the scholarship. Half of the funding is provided by the federal government and half by sponsors (companies, associations, foundations, private individuals).

In addition to achievements and personal background, social commitment, willingness to take on responsibility and special social, family or personal circumstances are taken into account.
What does TU Dresden expect from all scholarship holders?
- Outstanding academic achievements and commitment,
- their own ideas and impulses for shaping student and academic life at TU Dresden,
- the willingness to actively participate in the TU Dresden scholarship holders' network and to take part in its events, as well as
- Openness and curiosity for encounters and exchanges with people from other departments, with alumni, with the sponsors and scholarship providers of TU Dresden.
