Handover of the funding decision for the "WALEMObase" project

On April 14, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Frank Atzler (Professorship for Combustion Engines and Drive Technology) and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sebastian Scholz (Head of the Fraunhofer Plastics Center Oberlausitz) accepts the funding decision for the WALEMObase project from Minister of State Thomas Schmidt. Together with the professorship for vehicle mechatronics at the TU Dresden and the Zweckverband Verkehrsverbund Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien (VON GmbH), research and development of long-range and automated lightweight vehicles for local public transport can begin.
