Airport Simulation and Performance Assessment Group

The Airport Simulation and Performance Assessment Group (ASPAG) is a bulletin board for the exchange of research ideas and results in the air transportation system. Members of ASPAG want to share research experiences and methods to simulate the airside of air traffic and to assess the performance of airports and in the Terminal Maneuvering Area.

ASPAG Members meet twice a year for an intensive exchange of knowledge within topic-specific workshops. Therein, both specific problems, such as capacity assessment and generic problems regarding the simulation of air traffic systems are addressed.
