Climate-friendly mobility
Our research contributes to the transition toward climate-friendly mobility.
The challenge is clear: to consume fewer and fewer fossil fuels each year and emit less and lessCO2 and other harmful gases!
We are investigating which combination of efficiency, decarbonization, modal shift, and avoidance would be most beneficial.
To this end, we develop scenarios for a transportation transition, conduct life-cycle assessments of alternative propulsion systems and fuels, examine potential user behavior, evaluate transportation plans, and develop sustainability indicators.
