Climate-friendly mobility

Our research contributes to the transition toward climate-friendly mobility.

The challenge is clear: to consume fewer and fewer fossil fuels each year and emit less and less_CO2 and other harmful gases!
We are investigating which combination of efficiency, decarbonization, modal shift, and avoidance would be most beneficial.

To this end, we develop scenarios for a transportation transition, conduct life-cycle assessments of alternative propulsion systems and fuels, examine potential user behavior, evaluate transportation plans, and develop sustainability indicators.
