Development of a Guide for the Introduction of Management Accounting Systems in the Municipalities of the Free State of Saxony

The aim of this project was to develope a guide for the conception and introduction of a controlling system in municipalities, with special regard to the general conditions in the Free State of Saxony. The guide is mainly the result of a workshop for conceiving and introducing, which was part of the project "Modernization of the municipal administrations of Saxony" of the central municipal associations in the Free State of Saxony.
