We research and teach on internal control, performance measurement and incentive systems.
How can incentive systems help companies to take environmental, social and governance objectives into account? How can executive compensation be designed efficiently? How can budgeting systems be designed to improve internal governance? We work on these and similar questions using empirical methods.
