Dissertation project: Success factors for the implementation of innovation promotion measures of demographic management in Saxon SMEs

The dissertation project „Success factors for the implementation of innovation promotion measures of demographic management in Saxon SMEs“ is promoted by the ESF and examines implementation processes of HRM measures in Saxon KMUs, i.e., the processes from the decision to implement an instrument up to its everyday use. It aims to develop and empirically assess a success factor model for the implementation of demographic management measures. Building on that, this project intends to identify ways of practical assistance and recommendations for action that are capable of promoting the implementation and, with it, the development of the innovation promotion potentials of demographic management measures in Saxon SMEs.
