Research Agenda of the Chair of Organization and Management
Attending to the perspective of collaboration and leadership despite conscious and unconscious differences, the research at our chair focuses on diversity and stress in teams, co-created leadership, collaboration and leadership in digital contexts, as well as resilience of STEM students. Accounting for the interplay between changing organizational environments and responsible action in and of organizations, we therefore address the consequences of organizational change for the design of work, the sustainable leadership of employees, and the contemporary structuring and organizing of entrepreneurial activities.
