Compulsory Area Business And Economics, Business Education and Management Training

There are five compulsory Business Education Modules between the second and fourth semesters of the program. They each comprise five credit points.

• Educational Psychology (Pädagogische Psychologie)

This module teaches models and theories of memory, various learning theories, their foundations, and relevant factors influencing learning.

• Introduction to Business Didactics (Einführung in die Wirtschaftsdidaktik)

In this module, you will learn the basics of designing educational processes in commercial training and further education.
 

• Introduction to the Commercial Education System (Einführung in das kaufmännische Bildungswesen)

This module deals with the vocational education system in Germany and other countries. You will present and discuss current issues in commercial education and training.

• Practical School Studies (Schulpraktische Studien)

 In this module, you will learn to observe and analyze teaching and learning units based on criteria and to plan, implement, and reflect on them independently.

• School Internship (Schulpraktikum)

You will visit a vocational training institution and apply your didactic and methodological knowledge in your lessons.
