Studying International Relations
The Bachelor's degree program "International Relations" (IB) at the Center for International Studies (ZIS) at TU Dresden is an interdisciplinary degree program with the three equal (core) subjects International Politics, International Law and International Economics. The degree program has a standard period of study of 6 semesters and comprises a total of 180 credit points (CP).
- The degree program has a modular structure. In each of the three core subjects, students must complete modules worth at least 30 CP.
- In addition, three interdisciplinary courses (15 CP), with three lecturers (one from each of the three core subjects), as well as additional pre-vocational qualifications, such as a work placement, are part of the curriculum.
- Students on the Bachelor's degree course in IB spend the fifth semester at a state-recognized university abroad.
- You will write your final thesis (6 CP) in the 6th semester,
