Abstract
Web 2.0 steht für ein dynamisches, interaktives World Wide Web, in dem durch die Zusammenarbeit einer großen Masse Wissensnetzwerke entstehen. Geschäftsprozessmanagement steht für ein zentrales Unternehmenskonzept, welches auf die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit von Mitarbeitern angewiesen ist und kontinuierlich im Unternehmen durchgeführt wird. In dieser Bachelorarbeit werden deswegen Einsatzmöglichkeiten in den verschiedenen Phasen des Geschäftsprozessmanagements untersucht. Dabei zeigt sich, dass Web 2.0 - Anwendungen zwar kein Allheilmittel sind, aber vor allen Dingen zur Überbrückung von Kommunikationsproblemen und zur gemeinsamen Abstimmung in großen Projekten sinnvoll eingesetzt werden können und somit zur Effizienzsteigerung im Geschäftsprozessmanagement beitragen.
