OF GENES AND HUMAN BEINGS

The Biomedical Genomics group visited the 'Of Genes and Human Beings' exhibition at the Deutsches Hygiene-Museum. The exhibition explored science insights through social and cultural perspectives, using exhibits from everyday life, science, culture, and history, as well as contemporary art and interactive stations.

Group dinner 2023

The Biomedical Genomics group had a special dinner to celebrate the year 2022 and a farewell to say goodbye to the former members of the group. The former members received a customised glass with the group logo and other treats. May they remember this time as a fruitful and learning-filled experience in their careers.

Students from MOLECULAR BIOENGINEERING graduate (2022)

The students Michaela Unger and Dmitrii Severinov have been part of the Biomedical Genomics group for their research projects and master thesis. They have completed the master program Molecular Bioengineering and will continue their academic careers in other groups from TUD.

Group visit to the Forest Botanical Garden Tharandt/ Saxon State Arboretum (2022)

Autumn has beautiful colours! And we wanted to enjoy the varied nature of the forest botanical garden and the park in Tharandt, where stays part of TUD campus. Parts of the Forest Botanical Gardens have existed for over 200 years and are home to many beautiful old trees.

Group Day 2022

The Biomedical Genomics had a group day when the group members could share the progress of projects and accomplishments of each other. The group day had chalk talks and other activities including life cycle of teams and communication feedback.

Scads-AI Summer School 2022

The group participated on the ScadsAI Summer School in Leipzig. The summer school provided opportunities to exchange ideas and to discuss the topics with other participants and speakers. Dr. Anna Poetsch was one of the speakers.
