96-Gene qRT-PCR Analysis
Messenger RNA (mRNA) is extracted from human iPSCs, contaminating genomic DNA is digested by DNase I, the RNA is reverse transcribed to cDNA followed by quantitative PCR using a human embryonic stem cell PrimerArray®.
The expression of 96 genes including pluripotency, stem cell, differentiation and house keeping genes is compared to a control line (H9 hESCs) or to another hiPSC line.
