Generation of iPSC lines
- Reprogramming

Characterization of iPSCs
- ICC for Pluripotency Markers
Immunocytochemistry (ICC) for pluripotency markers typically expressed in iPSCs: OCT4, SOX2, NANOG and TRA-1-60. [details]
- Flow Cytometry for Pluripotency Markers
Flow Cytometry for pluripotency markers typically expressed in iPSCs: OCT4, SOX2, SSEA-4 and TRA-1-60. [details]
- 96-Gene qRT-PCR Array
Quantitative RT-PCR Array for 96 genes involved in pluripotency, stem cell maintenance, differentiation and house keeping. [details]
- 3 Germ Layer Differentiation

- Karyotyping

These are full service projects and assays that are performed entirely at the facility. We carry out the whole project including design and planning, execution, quality control and analysis for the customer. Hence, service fees include consumables and project-related personnel costs.

- Cell Culture Usage
