Pre-conferences of the GeNeMe 2025
In the run-up to GeNeMe 2025, there will once again be various events and workshops this year that approach the topic of online communities from the perspective of several specialist disciplines such as computer science and data science, media technology or education and Business Administration and Economics.
The pre-conferences 2025 will take place on September 17 and will be held in English.
I. Final conference of the Erasmus+ project Game4Change
(09:30-17:00; ehs Dresden, Dürerstr. 25)
Under the motto "GameChangers: Innovating Business Education", we will show how game-based learning and gamification can enrich higher education.

II. Workshop: Fostering Competence and Inclusion in VET through Digital Innovation

III. ProVEST: Riding towards a sustainable future in VET education - First Public Project Conference
(09:00-12:30; Location: TU Dresden, Münchner Strasse 1, Dresden - Room 161c)
ProVEST (Professionalisation of Teachers and Mentors in Vocational Education to Realise Powerful Transformative Learning Environments for a Sustainable Transition) is an Erasmus+ project that brings together 23 partners from five countries to address the urgent need for Vocational Education and Training (VET) to contribute meaningfully to Europe's sustainable transition.
ProVEST aims to empower VET educators and mentors with the tools, skills, and confidence to lead the green and digital transitions, ensuring they are equipped to prepare students for the skills demanded by the European Green Deal and the evolving workforce.
