E.F.A. - DIGITAL ADAPTIVE LEARNING GAME FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING
The E.F.A. project aims to support the acquisition of competencies in Saxon micro and small enterprises in the social services sector with regard to occupational health and safety. For this purpose, an adaptive digital learning game is to be developed within the framework of the project, which enables employees to carry out a comprehensive risk assessment. In order to impart methodological and content-related knowledge for carrying out the risk assessment, the player takes on the role of an expert for occupational safety (“Expert*in für Arbeitssschutz” = E.F.A.). The medium of the game and the approach of game-based learning are also intended to increase the motivation of the learners.
FUNDING
The project is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) & the Free State of Saxony.
