ELe-com: Empowering Learning
In the ELe-com project, a further education offer on the topic of e-commerce/customer journey is being developed within the ILIAS-based learning management system myFlexNet.de. The aim is to design and implement an AI-supported assistance system for the learning platform, on the basis of which digital learning content is suggested to learners that not only takes into account their learning preferences in terms of learning objective, learning type and learning format, but also their current usage behaviour. In this way, adaptive learning is made possible and learners are more easily guided to the job-related continuing education content that they want and that fits their requirements. The CODIP of the TU Dresden is responsible for the target group and needs analysis as well as the conception and development of the intelligent learning system, which reacts to user behaviour via automated algorithms, and is involved in the conception and production of the micro-learning content.
The project is intended to contribute to increasing the participation in job-related further education of different target groups in the retail sector as well as other sectors.
