Hackathon in Dresden June 10 to 13, 2025
Dear TU Dresden students,
This offer is aimed at you if you are enrolled at TU Dresden in the current and upcoming winter semester and would like to participate in an international exchange program and a fully funded trip to South Africa!
From June 10 to 13, 2025, a hackathon will take place in the Open Science Lab of the SLUB Dresden - together with five students from Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
Together you will develop innovative AI solutions in the field of customer service, supported by experts from business and IT from Dresden.
Important:
To participate, you should have programming skills, as the focus is not only on the cultural aspect but also on the technical implementation.
What's special:
Participants from Germany have the opportunity to travel to Stellenbosch and Cape Town in South Africa in the winter semester 2025/26 as part of a fully funded exchange program! ✈️🌍
What can you expect?

Development of an intelligent agent for analyzing and answering customer inquiries (practical use case)
