Sports scholarship
Studying is a challenge for competitive athletes. The double burden of studying and training leads to time restrictions for part-time jobs and additional financial burdens due to competition fees and sports equipment.
The TU Dresden, as a partner university of elite sport, and the DHSZ support competitive athletes studying at Dresden universities by awarding several one-year sports scholarships. The aim is to optimally combine studies and sport. The scholarship holders are to be supported in achieving top sporting and academic performance with the help of financial support in a targeted manner.
