EUREKA-Call for circular value creation is announced!
The Eureka network is inviting international research and development projects in the field of circular value creation. Companies and research institutions have until September 30, 2025 to submit innovative projects aimed at sustainable production and consumption models.
On June 12, 2025, the Eureka network launched a new call for research and development projects on circular value creation. The aim is to develop marketable products, services and processes that promote the transition to a circular economy. Consortia with partners from at least two of the 18 participating countries, including Germany, Canada, France, South Korea and Turkey, are eligible to take part.
The projects should go beyond pure recyclingand pursue innovative approaches in the areas of product design, new materials, technologies and business models. The focus is on longevity, reuse and resource conservation. A particular focus is on systemic aspects, such as the integration of circular principles into entire value creation systems and the promotion of corresponding skills in the workforce.
Interested organizations can submit their project applications in the period from 12 June 2025 to 30 September 2025.
Funding conditions:
- Partners from at least 2 participating countries
- Clear application perspective at the end of the project
- Systemic and international project approaches
- SME participation on the German side mandatory
- Max. 70% funding volume from one participating country per project

- 12.06.2025 - Publication of the call
- 30.09.2025 - Submission of the collaborative applications
