7th Call for Proposals in Clean Sky published
The public-private partnership ‘Clean Sky 2’, which sets itself the goal to reduce aircraft emissions, has opened the seventh call for proposals.
The mission of the Clean Sky aeronautical research programme is to develop breakthrough technologies in order to significantly increase the environmental performances of airplanes and air transport, resulting in less noisy and more fuel efficient aircraft, hence bringing a key contribution in achieving the Single European Sky environmental objectives. The focus is not only on the green operation of the aircrafts but also on the environmentally friendly industrial fabrication.
The Call comprises 72 Topics with a total funding budget of 72.77 Mio. EUR. It contains larger activities such as Research & Innovation Actions (RIA) and Innovation Actions (IA) as well as rather fragmented individual topics, altogether forming a broad spectrum of measures within the areas of Large Passenger Aircraft, Regional Aircraft, Fast Rotorcraft, Airframe, Engines and Systems.
The submission of proposals is organised in a one-stage procedure. Deadline for the submission of proposals is 27 February 2018. Please find further information on the requirements regarding form and content of the proposals in the Clean Sky 2 Work Plan and on the Participant Portal.
We would like to particularly draw your attention to the Clean Sky Info Day taking place on 30th November 2017 in Brussels.
The team of the EPC would be pleased to advise you and assist with the preparation of your proposal.
