The funding programme JOBSTARTER plus of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research strengthens the dual vocational training in Germany. Small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) that want to train young people are in the main focus.

The third funding round for JOBSTARTER plus was launched in late August 2016.

For universities and research institutions is part B "Education and Training in the "Economy 4.0"- Support structures for SMEs in the process of adapting the job training" of the funding announcement JOBSTARTER plus relevant. 

The duration of projects should not exceed 36 months. The co-financing rate is up to 100% of eligible costs.

The deadline for submitting project proposals is 24 November 2016.
