Erasmus+ info event on 22.10.2024 - register now!
The new call for proposals under the Erasmus+ program in Key Action 2 is expected in the fall, focusing on university cooperation with European universities and non-university partners as well as with universities in the EU's neighboring countries or in Asia, Africa and Latin America. The cooperations are designed for the areas of education and teaching.
The EPC's Erasmus+ team will be holding an information event on
Tuesday, October 22, 2024 from 9:00-12:30 a.m.
at the Graduate Academy (Mommsenstraße 7, 01069 Dresden)
will provide an overview of the various funding lines and the application process.
During the event, all participants will receive
- detailed information on Erasmus+ Key Action 2 and the individual funding lines
- field reports from successful project leaders and
- the opportunity for a direct initial consultation with EPC staff.
Binding registration is mandatory for the event. The number of participants is limited to 36. Registration is possible until 04.10.2024 on this page. Please note that this event is reserved for TUD employees.

Here is a very brief, initial overview of the programs that are likely to be announced this year and their expected application deadlines:
Cooperation Partnerships
The focus of the 'Cooperation Partnerships' is on innovative, thematically or regionally oriented measures for network formation as well as measures that serve to deepen cooperation in terms of content and administration (e.g. development of new modules, digital teaching, automatic recognition of academic achievements, etc.).

Capacity Building in Higher Education
Funding is provided for cooperation projects and capacity building in multilateral higher education partnerships between the EU and neighbouring European countries, Asian, Latin American and African countries (e.g. modernization of education, including the necessary technical equipment, etc.). One focus of the funding is cooperation with universities in sub-Saharan Africa.

Innovation alliances
The aim of the funding is cooperation between universities, vocational training providers and companies in the European network to increase the labor market relevance of education and training (e.g. development of internships, practice-oriented modules, measures to develop entrepreneurship spirit).

Erasmus Mundus Joint Master
Funding is available for joint/double degrees in Master's programs in the European network, which attract excellent applicants from Europe and worldwide due to their uniqueness.

Erasmus Mundus Design Measures
This program line serves to support the application phase of Erasmus Mundus Joint Master applications. The aim is to be in a position to submit an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master application at the end of the funding period of 15 months.

Jean Monnet Action
The aim is to develop and disseminate EU-related content in teaching and research. This primarily concerns the fields of politics, history or law, but also the environment, construction and others. Funding is provided, for example, for the development of relevant courses and/or research activities.
