Federal ESF programme "Digital media in vocational training" - Deadline 15 December 2016
The Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) supports the programme "Digital media in vocational training" with funding from the European Social Fund (ESF). The aim of this funding programme is to initiate structural changes in vocational training by using digital media and "web 2.0" technologies and to contribute to effective quality assurance / improvement.
Currently, the BMBF has published a call for supporting of "Transfer networks digital learning in vocational education (DigiNet)". Projects can be submitted by companies, educational institutions, inter-company training centers, chambers and associations as well as universities and research institutions.
The application process is a two-stage submission process. The deadline for submitting project outlines (max. 10 pages) is 15 December 2016.
The projects duration should not exceed four years.
The funding can cover up to 100 percent of the project-related eligible expenses (ESF and federal funding). For research projects at universities an additional 20% flat rate on the eligible costs of actions will be granted.
