INTERREG Saxony – Czech Republic 2021-2027
The Cooperation Programme Free State of Saxony - Czech Republic 2021-2027 (SN-CZ 2021-2027) aims for a sustainable territorial development with the means of joint economic, social, and environmental activities. The common goal is the advancement of the Saxon-Czech border area to a common, sustainable living environment, natural environment, and economic space including strengthening competitiveness as well as the sustainable improvement of people’s living condition in the common border region.
On June 29th, 2023, the first monitoring committee hold its meeting (press release) and the list with the first projects is granted.
The TU Dresden with Professor Dr. Marieke van der Maaten-Theunissen (Chair of Forest Growth and Woody Biomass Production) participates as a partner at the project ArchaeoTin (Archeology in World Heritage – tin mining landscapes).
Deadlines newly published for the second half of 2023 are:
- October 16th, 2023
- January 8th, 2024
To the deadlines, proposal to all four priorities can be handed in:
- Priority 1: Innovation and Competitiveness
- Priority 2: Climate change and Sustainabilty
- Priority 3: Education, Longlife Learning, Culture, Tourism
- Priority 4: Cooperation and confidence building / mutual trust building
