Creative Europe – Culture programme: New call for proposals for European cooperation projects published
On 27 September 2016 the new call for proposals for European cooperation projects within the EU-Culture programme was published.
The aim of this call is to strengthen the cultural and creative sectors' capacity to operate transnationally and internationally and to promote transnational circulation and mobility.
The programme supports projects in the following areas:
- Transnational mobility
- Audience development
- Capacity building
- Digitisation
- New business models
- Training and education

Smaller scale cooperation projects (category 1):
- max. 200.000 EUR
- 60% EU-grant (40% co-financing)
- 1 co-ordinator and at least 2 other project partners from at least 3 different programme countries [28 EU, Norway, Iceland as well as EU candidate or potential candidate countries]
Larger scale cooperation projects (category 2):
- max. 2 Mio. EUR
- 50 % EU-grant (50 % co-financing)
- 1 co-ordinator and at least 5 other project partners from at least 6 different programme countries [28 EU, Norway, Iceland as well as EU candidate or potential candidate countries]
Project duration: for a max. of 48 month (both categories)
Deadline for Applications: 23 November 2016
Eligible participants: Legal entities active in the cultural and creative sector (no individuals)
