New JPND Call launched: “Understanding the mechanisms of non-pharmacological interventions”!
The EU Joint Programme – Neurodegenerative Disease Research (JPND) launches a new multinational call for proposals for “Understanding the mechanisms of non-pharmacological interventions”.
The aim of the call is to establish a number of ambitious, innovative, multi-disciplinary and multi-national collaborative research projects that aim at understanding the biomedical, psychological and/or social mechanisms of non-pharmaceutical interventions in order to identify potential target sites for enhanced personalized interventions or a combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
Proposals must focus on one or several of the following neurodegenerative diseases:
- Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias
- Parkinson’s disease and PD‐related disorders
- Prion diseases
- Motor neuron diseases
- Huntington’s disease
- Spinocerebellar ataxia (SCA)
- Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA)
Hard Facts:
- Joint projects with a minimum of three and maximum of six – seven eligible partners from at least three eligible countries
- Max. EUR 300,000 funding per German applicant, 20 % Overhead
- 01.03.2022 - Deadline for pre-proposal
- 28.06.2022 - Deadline for full-proposal
