The support of „transfer assistants“ aims at the employment of persons with appropriate professional experience in science and industry. Transfer assistants support SMEs in information and consultation in ordert to identify and transfer technology know-how of technology suppliers for the preparation and realization of innovative products or techniques. The same is relevant for the preparation of scientific know-how for the industrial sector.

Eligible costs:

• staff costs for the employment of university graduates or graduates of university of cooperative education (Berufsakademie) with experience in transfer
• max. two persons per enterprise (Max-Planck-Gesellschaft and Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft per institution; universities: per faculty max. two transfer assistants; per transfer department at universites: max. two transfer assitants)

• place of business: Free State of Saxony

Funding requirements:

• workplace in Saxony
• the transfer assitants may not replace existing staff (only additional staff allowed)
