Once you have been notified that your application has been approved, we will assign a PSP element with which the project will be managed in the university's internal controlling system and notify the relevant university directorates (in particular Directorate 1 - Budget and Purchases).

3.2 Support in the implementation of the project
Once the project has been approved and during its implementation, you can also access various support services:
For all personnel matters (from assessing the value of a position to reviewing job advertisements to information on reasons for temporary employment, etc.), please contact the Directorate 2 - Personnel.
If so, please observe the TU Dresden's Beschaffungsichtlinie der TU Dresden (procurement guidelines) and contact the Unit 1.2 - Central Purchases and Asset Accounting.
As a public corporation, TU Dresden must comply with public procurement law. In individual cases in which a regular procurement procedure (mandatory tendering) does not appear appropriate, Unit 5.1 - Research Promotion will advise you as the first instance to find out whether it is a service contract or contract research and whether or not it must be put out to tender. However, the decision is made by Unit 1.2 - Central Purchases and Asset Accounting.
