Program description and target audience
How does an innovative idea come about? Can you learn creativity techniques? Can you use entrepreneurial thinking in science? What is "Design Thinking" and can I use it for my research and career planning?
Yes! As part of the Future Career Program: Innovation!
With the Future Career Program: Innovation we offer you in cooperation with DRESDEN exists the opportunity to internalize innovation as a personal development in a small, interdisciplinary group of selected participants. Even without a sparkling (business) idea, you can get to know and apply entrepreneurial thinking and acting. You develop new ideas in different areas of life or projects, such as your career, your research, a possible business Startup, your commitment to a topic and side project and implement them in applications.
The program is aimed at postdocs and doctoral candidates at the end of their PhDs, who want to be innovative. Be it in research, in business or even as a founder. The special feature of the program is that you do not have to come up with an idea, but you will develop it in module 1.
The prerequisite for participation is a confirmed membership in the Graduate Academy and participation in all modules. If you are not yet a member, please request your membership here.
We conclude with a transfer after work, where you receive your certificate and can network with representatives from the start-up scene. Your participation here is optional.
