Program description and target audience
From thinking innovative to being innovative. Innovative thinking is the ability to come up with new ideas and novel approaches to problems. It is about being creative and adapt to change. It is a crucial future skill along with innovation management. Both you can learn and implement in your everyday life as a scientist or in your future role as an employee or leader in industry or as an entrepreneur.
With the Future Career Program: Innovation we offer you in cooperation with dresden | exists the opportunity to internalize innovation as a personal development in a small, interdisciplinary group of selected participants for your future career.
The program is aimed at postdocs and PhD students who want to be innovative, be it in research, in business or even as a founder.
The prerequisite for participation is a confirmed membership in the Postdoc Center/Graduate Academy and participation in all modules. If you are not yet a member, please request your membership here (Postdocs) or here (PhDs).

The make-up of the group and the motivation of the participants are decisive for organizing a program optimally suited to their needs.
