Services for managerial staff
Managers are subject to special requirements in their everyday professional lives. Our services specifically for this group have evolved from experience and the recurring requests of recent years.
If you are a supervisor who is concerned about this please talk to us. We appreciate your inquiry to .
Supporting employees with mental illness
Do you feel that your colleague has changed? They have recently become so quiet or overexcited, sensitive, sad, or aggressive, have shown a marked decline in work performance, or any other thing. That doesn't necessarily mean anything – but changes should give us reason to take notice.
The "H-I-L-F-E concept", which was developed jointly by the BKK Dachverband and the Familien-Selbsthilfe Psychiatrie, can also help with orientation. An action guide adapted to TU Dresden can be downloaded as a presentation here (login required). An English version is available here (login required).
Workplace tragedy, death in the team
From one moment to the next, everything is different and you are called upon to act as a supportive supervisor in a role that has perhaps never been necessary before. How do I talk to my employees? What is important to us as a team? And what about how I am affected? Then don't hesitate to contact us.
Healthy leadership
Leadership and psychological well-being, job satisfaction, work ability, physical health and sick leave of employees are closely related. Managerial staff exert direct and indirect influence, but are equally affected themselves (self care) and are an important beacon for employees in the sense of model learning.
Occupational Health Services regularly offer detailed training on this topic, which also provides an overview of occupational health programs, exercise programs, and occupational integration management at TUD. In this context, please note the current events of the Center for Continuing Education.
