The data will be processed exclusively for sending the newsletter of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of TU Dresden. The newsletter is sent out every four weeks.

What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent), i.e. the use of and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.
What personal data is processed?
Only your e-mail address will be processed for sending the newsletter.
How long will personal data be stored?
Your e-mail address will be processed until you withdraw your consent. This does not affect the legality of processing based on consent until revocation.
Is personal data transmitted to third parties, who at TU Dresden has access to this data and is data collected from third parties?
Unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.
