#courage2018 // SEHEN!Women in Dialog. Perspectives of girls*- and women*within the saxonian migration society
01129 Dresden
SEE! - Event as part of the cultural programme of #courage2018
For two days, we would like to offer a room for women* with and without migrant background to get to know each other, to exchange, to connect and also to have fun together.
We are interested in the various perspectives of white women*, women* of colour, lesbian women*, trans* and Inter* people and women who experienced migration or flight on the topic gender equality.
- Which experiences do we make as women* in Germany, in Saxony?
- What does it mean to be a woman for us?
- What do we think about when we think about feminism?
- Which women*`s rights are important to us?
- What do we expect from equality and integration politicsin Saxony?
- What enables women* to work with each other? What do we expect from each other?
This is a warm hearted invitation to all networkers and those who aspire to be one to meet us and have an exchange with us in a world café, in presentations and discussions, in communal meals, in a living library and in theatre and dance. If requested, interpreters will accompany us throughout the entire event. Further assistance and childcare can be requested with your registration forms. The venue is barrier free. All women* trans* and inter* people can enrol to the event. Entry is free. Meals and Drinks are also free of charge. An overnight stay canbe organized, however, accomodation costs need to be carried individually by each participant.
