Prof. Dr. Anke Langner Joins the City of Hoyerswerda's Academic Advisory Board on Education

In recent years, Prof. Dr. Anke Langner has supported the Hoyerswerda city administration in further developing its educational landscape. As the Chair holder of Education / Inclusive Education at the TUD Dresden University of Technology, she has contributed her expertise to the annual education conferences. Now, Mayor Mirko Pink has appointed her as a new member of the city’s Scientific Education Advisory Board.

For over ten years, the Scientific Education Advisory Board has been supporting the further development of Hoyerswerda’s educational landscape. Its members contribute scientific and practical perspectives from the fields of education, social work, vocational training, science communication and management, youth services, and demographic change. At the education conferences, current issues facing the city are on the agenda, and the advisory board members also facilitate dialogue with local education stakeholders.
