Brief description:
The focus will be on investigating how to design learning situations that are particularly suitable for teaching social competence, especially team competence, in the context of technical and human competence. The concepts should relate to both learners and teachers. In addition, possibilities for assessing social competence are to be investigated.
The transfer of the pilot project results is an integral part of the pilot project. It is planned to make the developed learning situations available to all teachers as a basis for orientation in a timely manner via teacher training on the one hand and via a database on the other.
In order to achieve synergy effects, cross-state cooperation with the pilot projects of the BLK program is being sought.
