The practical laboratory course in building materials and didactics provided for in the curriculum of the vocational departments studied takes place in these rooms. As part of this course, students acquire basic skills in the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of test procedures and experiments in a teaching context.
The test procedures and experiments are analyzed and evaluated from different perspectives, taking into account scientific, epistemological and didactic findings. In particular, the focus is on supporting learning processes and illustrating aspects of occupational, environmental and health protection in areas of activity.
