Over the years, we have noticed that there are many questions in connection with the Master's degree course in Continuing Education Research and Organizational Development (WBF/OE for short): Who studies WBF/OE? What do you learn in WBF/OE? What is the practical side of WBF/OE? What can you do with your degree after graduation? We provide answers to these and other questions in the WBF/OE study series.

In today's part of the series, with the support of our alumni Vanessa, we look at the question of what you can do after completing the WBF/OE degree program, for example. In our new alumni portrait, Vanessa reports on the path she personally took after completing her studies. She also gives valuable tips on how to organize your time as a student.
