Module 1- Scientific basics of the subject of handicrafts (EW-SEGS-D-WER-1)
The subject of the module is technical-constructive basics in the subject of handicrafts. The module provides examples of typical contents of handicraft lessons.
After completing the module, students will have basic scientific knowledge in the subject of handicrafts and will be able to apply this knowledge from multiple perspectives. They will be able to explain the significance of the cultural field of technology in today's society, define central technical terms and name and explain the characteristics of building styles. They can analyze relevant curricula and educational standards. Master the basics of technical-constructive drawing and general building construction. They are able to select relevant specialist content for specific purposes and use and present it in an appropriate, goal-oriented and target group-oriented manner.
The module consists of two seminars:
Introduction to the subject of work (EW-SEGS-D-WER-1(1)) in the winter semester and
Technical - constructive basics (EW-SEGS-D-WER-1(2)) in the summer semester.
