From November 27 to 28, 2025, the Research Center for Comparative History of Religious Orders (FOVOG) celebrated its 20th anniversary. The anniversary provided an opportunity to look back on two decades of research work and to focus on future developments in the history of religious orders.

The lecture "Carmina post mortem: Hagiographisch-poetische Diskurse über Mönchsbischöfe und Reformer im 12. Jahrhundert" by Sarah Schnödewind (Münster) as part of the FOVOG colloquium cannot take place as planned on December 3, 2025. A new date will be announced shortly.
