Sehrish Mushtag und Fawad Baig erhalten Naomi C. Turner Preis

PhD Students of Institut für Kommunikationswissenschaft (IfK), Sehrish Mushtaq and Fawad Baig received Naomi C. Turner Prize for best research paper at 70th Annual WAPOR Conference. This prize is given for the best paper presented by graduate students at the annual conference of World Association for Public Opinion Research (WAPOR) every year. Conference was held on 15th-17th July, 2017 in Lisbon, Portugal. Sehrish and Fawad presented their paper titled "Media Partisanship and Polarized Public Opinion on Social Media" in session of "Party Politics & Polarization". Both Sehrish and Fawad are doing their PhD under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Lutz M. Hagen in field of peace journalism and media partisanship respectively.
