We welcome all of our new students who will begin their studies in the International Studies in Intellectual Property program in the summer semester of 2023.
The introductory meeting will take place on 03.04.2023 at 09:20 in room GER/013.
In the spring/summer semester, students take the modules "Industrial Property Law" (with lectures and exercises on patent, trademark and design law as well as the relevant ancillary areas, the practitioners' panel and the moot court) and "Copyright & Data Protection Law" (with lectures and workshops on copyright and data protection law as well as an optional seminar on copyright or data law).
In the first week of lectures we offer introductory sessions on legal research, the offered seminars as well as European law as an essential prerequisite for further lectures during the semester. The module courses start on 11.04.2023. Detailed information about the timetable can be found in the TU-internal online learning portal OPAL (ZIH-login necessary).
Students who start their studies in the fall/winter semester 2023/24 have the possibility to either start their studies at TU Dresden or to start at one of our partner universities first and then continue at TU Dresden in the summer semester 2024. You can find more information here.
