| Content |
This course will serve as an introduction to international economic law, focusing on international commerce laws and international investment protection law. Current and controversial debates such as those around the compatibility of free trade agreements like CETA, TTIP, or the Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (formerly: TPP) with WTO law will be addressed as well. |

| Inhalt | Die Grundfrage des Kolloquiums ist, inwieweit neuere Entwicklungen des Völkerrechts – die umfassend betrachtet und analysiert werden – zu einer Konstitutionalisierung des Völkerrechts führen, also ob eine verfassungsähnliche Rechtsordnung auf internationaler Ebene im Entstehen begriffen ist. |
