Overview

The project 'Citizen survey on waste disposal and environmental issues in the district of Bautzen' will survey a mix of different opinions, preferences, and willingness to pay for household waste disposal in the district of Bautzen.

The Chair will conduct a standardised survey of the district's population. The survey is intended to gather opinions on the status quo of waste disposal, billing practices, attitudes and wishes, in connection with the identification of future willingness to pay and the conditions thereof. The recruitment of the population is done by the residents' registration offices drawing a random sample. The result of the survey project is expected to reveal target group-specific problems and development potential in order to be able to specify more precisely the criteria of the tender for household waste disposal in the district of Bautzen .
